The Eastern Independence Rotary Club recently hosted its Community Connections Breakfast, bringing together nonprofit organizations from across the Independence area. The event provided an opportunity for organizations to share their missions, learn about the services others provide, and explore ways to collaborate to better serve our community.
By building relationships and working together, these organizations can make an even greater impact on the individuals and families they serve. The breakfast was a great reminder that when our community comes together, we can accomplish so much more.
Service Above Self is at the heart of Rotary, and this event was a wonderful example of that commitment in action.
