Looks like we had enough interest in participating in the October 30th, Early Childhood Center for Fort Osage Trunk or Treat. Stephanie Smith is the contact for that. ssmith@fortosage.net. We had Jessica, Sonci, John and Kristie sign up so far. Basically decorating someone’s trunk and passing out candy to the littles. It’s always fun to have a theme and do costumes and trunk in theme. Ideas anyone? It was suggested that the group might grab some dinner afterwards.

We are good to go for the Baskets of Hope for CAPA. I let the coordinator know we would be participating. Delivery is December 2-6 and we need to start collecting fun stuff related to “family night games and goodies” We can do a few gift cards, but if you want to bring movie theatre candy, blanket, popcorn, boardgames, deck of cards, cozy socks, etc…we can start “collecting” them at our Thursday meetings. I’ll provide the basket and then we just need to start filling it before Dec. 2nd.
